They are very competitive - however, even if you are able to find slightly lower rates elsewhere, the level of service and peace of mind that they provide is rare, if not unique. They are attentive, communicative, and transparent with any questions that we had and provided helpful insight towards our purchase options. They were instrumental in getting our home closed on efficiently and expediently, and greatly reduced the stress and anxiety that came with a life decision like this. We had to do a lender swap days away from closing to utilize some seller credit and they got it sorted as seamlessly as possible while getting us a better rate and lower closing costs along with it.
